Hello and welcome to Studio Katia January 2020 Release Blog Hop!

This release includes 5 New Clear Stamp Sets and 3 Sets of Coordinating Dies, 8 New Stand Alone Creative Dies, 4 New Stencils, 5 New Glitter Jars and 12 New Embellishments, as well as New Clear Acetate Sheets! Today, I'm featuring some of them and here is what I came up with.
To start, I stamped Honey Bees stamp set onto white card stock in black. I colored them in with several alcohol markers and cut out with Honey Bees Dies. I then gave a highlight and glossy effect using white gel pen and glitter pen.
Next, I dry embossed A2 sized pastel yellow card stock with Micro Hexagon Cover Die. I took a white card stock and die cut it using Honeycomb Shaker Die. Then, I heat embossed it with Aladdin embossing powder from WOW!.
I arranged all elements as shown in the picture and popped up bees using Double Sided Foam Tape-White.
I sponged inner side of honeycomb with Wild Honey and Spiced Marmalade Distress Inks using mini daubers.
I die cut a sentiment using Lovely Words Dies and distress it with same colors.
To finish, I embellished with Gold Fever Confetti here and there and mounted other elements where I wanted them using Glue.

Those bees create the cutest cards! Love the sunglasses and the texture in the background. Great card!
ReplyDeleteFirst thing i noticed was the bee with sunglasses, how fun ! The dry embossed and ink bg looks interesting and loved the ombre hug ! In short i loved the entire card :)
